Therefore, we propose you to discover it in its greatest splendor, guided by some of its best authors and, all that, after visiting those productive landscapes where its raw materials are taken from. Javier Alfonso will introduce you to the black rice with rabbit and snails at his restaurant in Pinoso. Mari Carmen Vélez will show you the infinite possibilities of “alioli” (garlic sauce) at her restaurant La Sirena. We will also have the opportunity of tasting an incredible meal in the One Michelin Star restaurant at Casa Alfonso in La Dehesa de Campoamor. Up in the mountains we will enjoy the wheat stew at Casa Paco in Benimantell. We will finish our food experience beside the famous patissier Paco Torreblanca working with a new construction material for us… sugar and chocolate.
